A spiritual guide for men, first published in 1997 and reissued for its 20th anniversary. Deida looks at how men can grow spiritually while facing the pull of women, work and sexual desire, and proposes leaving behind both the ideal of the heartless macho and that of the sensitive man with no backbone.

Why we only look at used copies

In Spain, Law 10/2007 fixes the price of new books: the publisher sets it and shops can only take 5% off. Amazon, FNAC and your local bookshop all cost the same. The only place the price moves is second-hand.
