Pecia Vault will keep a private, encrypted copy of the files you choose, so you can restore them, download them on another device you own, or send them through Pecia Sync.

Only files you choose

  1. Choose a personal EPUB or PDF to add to your Vault.
  2. Pecia stores an encrypted copy for your account; it never extracts books from your Kindle or Kobo.
  3. Download it again or queue it for your paired computer and e-reader.

DRM-free EPUB and PDF only

Vault accepts DRM-free files. Protected ebooks, retailer formats and .acsm files are rejected before upload: Pecia can record that you own the book, but it never decrypts, removes or bypasses its protection.

A private backup is not a sharing library

DRM-free does not mean a file may be shared. At launch, every Vault file is private: it can go to your own paired devices, but there will be no links, loans or downloads for other people.
